Questions

Before you book

What happens in the first consultation?

We review your health history, symptoms, any recent labs and your goals. You leave with first steps you can start right away.

Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

No. Many women come to me because something feels off before they have a diagnosis. If testing could help, I’ll suggest what to ask your doctor about.

Will I have to follow a strict meal plan?

No. Plans are flexible and built around foods you enjoy. The goal is habits you can keep, not perfection.

Do you accept insurance?

Get in touch and I’ll walk you through current payment options. I can also give you a superbill to submit to your insurance company, so you may be able to get reimbursed.
