I'm a Registered Dietitian with a passion for cooking yummy and nourishing foods. The blog,  A Taste of Sayegh, hosts all of my favorite recipes and evidenced based nutrition articles. Life is short, and I believe that it should be enjoyed without guilt or restriction.

Growing up in a world OBSESSED with thinness  took a toll on my mental and physical health. Unfortunately, many individuals have gone through the same experiences that I have. My goal for Sayegh Wellness is to promote intuitive eating, PCOS nutrition, hormone health tips, and breaking disordered eating habits.

I work with clients on creating balanced lifestyles through sustainable changes to foster long-term outcomes. I have a holistic approach to nutrition, incorporating all aspects of health, physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual. I follow an intuitive eating and gentle nutrition approach with focus on nutrients rather than restricting calories or food groups. My goal for clients is to help them find a sustainable, individualized nutrition care plan for them to reach their goals while enjoying life without guilt or restriction.
