Hi, I’m Jen.Registered Dietitian, and I live with PMOS too.

Sound familiar?

“I feel like I’m doing everything right, but I’m not seeing progress.”

You’ve counted calories. You’ve cut carbs, tried fasting, maybe dropped gluten or dairy because someone said you should. Everywhere you look, someone is telling you to cut out something different, and you’re still asking: what am I actually supposed to eat with PMOS?

You can follow a plan for a few weeks. Then life gets busy, the scale doesn’t move the way you expected, and you’re starting over again on Monday.

You want to lose weight. You also want to stop obsessing over every bite, and to have someone who understands PMOS help you figure out what works for your body.

None of that means you’ve failed. More often, it means you were handed rules instead of a plan built for your body and your life.

Meet PMOS Reset

Twelve weeks to learn how to eat for your PMOS, with a dietitian beside you.

PMOS Reset is a small-group coaching program built around one main goal: sustainable weight management with PMOS.

Each week combines evidence-based education, live coaching and practical behavior change. Three private sessions with Jen keep your plan personal, and between-session messaging means you’re never guessing alone.

Along the way, we’ll also support

  • Insulin resistance & metabolic health
  • Blood sugar
  • Hunger & cravings
  • Nutrition confidence
  • Menstrual & hormonal health
  • Long-term habits

What makes it different

Not another diet. Not a course you watch alone.

PMOS Reset brings five things together, so what you learn actually turns into what you do.

  1. Education

Understand what really matters for PMOS nutrition, and what you can stop worrying about.

  2. Personalization

Three private appointments to build your strategy and adjust it as you go.

  3. Accountability

Weekly coaching and ongoing support from a dietitian and a small group.

  4. Real-life application

Practice for weekends, restaurants, busy weeks and everything outside a perfect routine.

  5. Long-term independence

Skills you keep using after the 12 weeks, without needing another plan.

What you’ll work toward

From second-guessing to knowing what to do

Where you might be now
“I have PMOS, I want to lose weight, and I feel like I’ve tried everything. I’m confused about nutrition and don’t know what actually works for me.”
Where we’re headed
“I understand how to approach nutrition with PMOS. I know how to build meals that support my goals, navigate real life, manage setbacks, and keep making progress without another restrictive diet.”

The goal isn’t to keep you dependent on another diet. It’s to give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to move forward without one.

These are the learning and habit goals of the program. Individual health and weight outcomes vary.

Why work with Sayegh Wellness

Hi, I’m Jen. I have PMOS too.

I’m a Registered Dietitian, and for about five years I’ve worked with women with PMOS who are tired of conflicting advice and diets that don’t last.

I also know this condition from the inside. I’ve heard “just lose weight” without anyone explaining how. That’s why my approach is evidence-based, individualized and realistic, and why my goal is always your independence, not your dependence on me.

PMOS Reset is everything I wish I’d had: real education, a plan that’s yours, and support while you put it into practice.

  • Registered Dietitian
  • ~5 years supporting women with PMOS
  • Living with PMOS
  • Evidence-based, individualized care

Women who have worked with Jen

Jen is such a helpful dietitian! I’ve lost almost 80lbs since starting sessions with her a couple years ago. She is so understanding and accommodating of my choice to be vegan, too. Can’t recommend her enough.
Jean M.
Jennifer is amazing! She’s been very supportive and has really helped me with eating healthier and giving ideas of work around when life gets a little chaotic and cooking or meal prep just isn’t in the cards. There are times I just do not reach my goals and there’s never any judgement but we adjust to make them more attainable. I 10/10 recommend!
Hanna D.
I look forward to my sessions with Jennifer. Thanks to her positive and encouraging guidance, I have lowered my A1C to a much healthier level. She is knowledgable and creative with suggestions that have expanded, instead of limited, my eating options… always with an idea of something new to try, while respecting my taste preferences. Best of all, she is supportive and non judgemental!

Questions

Before you apply

Do I need an official PMOS diagnosis to apply?

A PCOS diagnosis counts, since PMOS is the same condition with a new name. If you suspect PMOS but haven’t been diagnosed, you can still apply. Jen may also encourage you to see your doctor.

Is this a personalized program or a group program?

Both. Weekly coaching is in a small group, plus three private 1:1 sessions, messaging and meal planning help.

What if I’ve already tried multiple diets?

You’re in good company. PMOS Reset isn’t another set of rules. It teaches you how to make food decisions that fit your body and your life.

Will I receive an individualized nutrition strategy?

Yes. You’ll build it in Week 1, adjust it in Week 6 and leave Week 12 with your long-term PMOS Roadmap.

Do I need to cut out carbs, gluten or dairy?

No, not unless you have a medical reason like celiac disease or an allergy. You’ll learn how to include carbs in a way that supports steadier blood sugar.

What if I can’t attend a weekly group call?

The group picks a day and time together, so the calls fit your schedules. If you do miss one, you can send your questions to me through messaging.

How much time will this take each week?

Plan for the 60-minute group call, a short lesson and a worksheet, plus practice at your own meals.

Is the program covered by insurance?

PMOS Reset is private pay and isn’t billed to insurance. Coverage for nutrition services varies, so check with your plan about your own benefits.

Are payment plans available?

Yes: pay in full ($1,497), 3 monthly payments of $525, or 6 payments of $265 every two weeks.

What if I don’t lose weight in the 12 weeks?

Weight change isn’t guaranteed, and the scale is only one measure of progress. If it isn’t moving, we use that information to adjust your plan.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

You’ll leave with your personal PMOS Roadmap and the skills to keep going on your own. You can ask Jen about further support at your final session.

Is enrollment refundable?

No. Enrollment is non-refundable, which is why every client starts with an application and a discovery call.
