Hunger Crushing Yogurt Parfait
Let's talk yogurt ! Yogurt is such a popular snack and breakfast. Some yogurts are AMAZING and a great source of protein, calcium, and probiotics. My favorite type of yogurt is greek yogurt! Greek yogurt typically contains more protein compared to regular yogurt which can help build a more satiating breakfast or snack.
Another component to building a more satiating snack or meal is fiber! Fiber helps slow the digestion process and decrease blood sugar spikes. I might be bias but my cousin has started an amazing granola business called Mello Munch. I LOVE this granola because it is high in fiber and protein. This granola is sweetened by maple syrup which adds a great flavor. The pistachios paired with the coconut gives this granola an awesome texture and taste, I am a sucker for pistachios. Mello Munch is dairy free, vegan and gluten free, so great for all my lactose intolerant, vegan, and celiac friends! Go check out my cousin Riley and his granola.
